We are proud to announce the beginning of our collaboration with Ca’ del Bosco, an iconic estate from the Franciacorta region in Italy, renowned for its unique craftsmanship and uncompromising pursuit of excellence.

Founded in 1968 in Lombardy, in the heart of Franciacorta, Ca’ del Bosco is today regarded as one of Italy’s most prestigious producers of traditional-method sparkling wines (the same method used in Champagne).

From its very beginnings, Ca’ del Bosco has stood out for its visionary approach. Under the leadership of Maurizio Zanella, the estate has played a key role in establishing Franciacorta as an internationally recognised appellation. Its ambition: to produce wines of uncompromising quality, capable of standing alongside the world’s greatest sparkling wine houses.

What truly sets Ca’ del Bosco apart is its extreme attention to detail at every stage of production:

• Meticulous harvesting: entirely by hand, with rigorous grape selection
• Grape washing: a rare practice ensuring maximum purity
• Precision winemaking: each parcel is vinified separately to preserve its identity
• Extended ageing: wines rest for long periods on lees to develop complexity and finesse

This artisanal approach, combined with cutting-edge technology, results in an exceptional level of quality.
