The Menu & Signature Dishes
À la carte, Angelo Italian Restaurant highlights its signature dishes, reflecting authentic and generous Italian craftsmanship. The black truffle arancini with wild porcini cream and ricotta mousse evoke an autumn forest with creamy textures and earthy notes.
The spinach cream risotto, enhanced with Calabrian ’nduja, crispy Neapolitan tarallo, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano, creates a delightful contrast between vegetal sweetness, creaminess, and spices.
Finally, the Black Milanese, served with saffron-infused fregola sarda and a reduced wild thyme jus, offers a harmonious marine flavor with sunny Mediterranean accents.
